Started lifting at 17. Competed at state level by 22. Opened VFIT at 28 — not because it made financial sense, but because every gym he trained in was doing it wrong. Vijay built VFIT around one principle: nobody should have to figure out fitness alone.

15+ years in strength sports. NSCA-certified. Worked with everyone from complete beginners to district-level athletes. Still trains at 6 AM every morning before the first member walks in.
